Tuition and Fees

tuitionTuition for the 2011-2012 school year is as follows:

  • Catholic family rate is $6,410.00 per child. Requires a current Parish Verification form on file, indicating active status, by May 30th for the upcoming school year. 
  • Non-Catholic and non-parish verified family rate is $8,525.00 per child.

 

Tuition fees include the costs of books.

 

Newly accepted student families are required to pay the student activity fee and the first month’s tuition to hold their child's place. Both of these fees are non-refundable.

 

Student activity fee for the 2011-2012 school year is as follows:
$225 for students in grades K-5
$450 for students in grades 6-8

 

The Student Activity fee covers insurance, an Archdiocesan assessment, and field trip fees. The additional expense for Middle School students pays for their Explore Days, Interdisciplinary Units and overnight retreat. Student Activity Fees are billed and payable each year in March for the upcoming school year and serve as a non-refundable re-enrollment deposit.

Immaculate Heart of Mary School has two tuition payment options:

  1. Annual: Full payment of tuition (less a 3% discount) is due by July 15, payable through FACTS billing payment system. 
  2. Monthly: 10 monthly payments; first payment due July 15 and 15th of each month through April, payable through FACTS billing payment system.
Uniforms

Uniforms are required of all students. They are available through the Uniform Shop, which is located on campus or at the Buckhead Uniform Shop (www.buckheaduniforms.com.)

School Lunches

Children may bring their lunch or purchase a hot meal from our school cafeteria. Students are invoiced for any food purchases on a monthly basis via their family’s FACTS account. A full lunch costs $3.25 for grades K-3 and $3.50 for grades 4-8 which includes an entree, side dish, a dessert and a drink. Beverages and snacks are available on an a la carte basis.

Before School Program

The Before-School Program is available at 7:00 am. The cost for this program is a $10.00 (per family) non-refundable registration fee and $5.00 a day per student. Breakfast is included.

After School Activities Program

ASAP is available after school until 6:00 pm. A non-refundable $10.00 (per family) registration fee will be billed upon registration or 1st use of the program.  The cost, per student, is $5.00 for the first 40 minutes; then $2.50 per each 1/2 hour increment (4:01 pm - 6:00 pm). After 6:00 pm, an overtime fee of $15.00 per child for each 15 minute increment will be charged.
